Template : Academy Transcript

You can use this template to create an academic transcript and diploma from the Starfleet Academy Office of the Registrar!

Instructions:

1. Create a new subpage for your character by adding "/Academy Transcript" to the end of your character's current bio page web address.
   The new page will have the address Character Name/Academy Transcript
2. Insert > into the body of the new subpage and click save.
3. Click edit once the page is created and fill out the details as you wish.
4. The Academy Core Courses required for all undergraduate cadets have already been added but feel free to rearrange them for your character and change "Elementary Andorian" to the Major Species language you prefer using the course code list available in the Language Department.

• Course numbers, descriptions, and list of majors with suggested course layouts are available at Starfleet Academy Curriculum.
• Medical officers who graduated with an MD from the Starfleet Medical Academy should use Template:Starfleet Medical Academy Transcript instead.
• Valid grades for the transcript are: A, A-, B+, B, B-, C+, C, C-, D+, D, D-, F.

Addition More Classes Beyond 48 Credits:

• Cadets take a minimum of 48 credit hours (4 classes per semester), which is what this template creates. However, cadets may take up to a maximum of 60 credit hours (5 classes per semester).
• Full Transcript Instructions: More detailed instructions for filling out the transcript are available here, including how to add a fifth course during a semester.
  • Basically, just add a new set of lines for "course5" in whichever semester you want the fifth course.
  • To list a double major instead of a major and minor, change "Minor=" to "Major2 /wiki/index.php?title=Template:Academy_Diploma" title="Template:Academy Diploma">Template:Academy Diploma), just list your second major with your first major on the "Major /wiki/index.php?title=Academy_Standard_Course_Layout" title="Academy Standard Course Layout">Examples of different course layouts beyond the minimum of 48 credits are available for reference.

  
  Diploma Styles:

  • There are three different diploma styles available: pre-2390, post-2390, and Marine
    • Pre-2390 Example:Roshanara Rahman/Academy Transcript
    • Post-2390 Example: See below
    • Marine Example:Dwayne Hicks (Use "Post2390=Marine")

    If you desire, the diploma and transcript can also be displayed separately on an existing page.
